Mehr über uns...

By the 3.8 hectars 3.2 are cultivated in steep and very steep hills. Excluding manual work is here at the agenda.

The vines are cultivated on a yield elbow and/or with tap cut. The selective hand vintage is the point over the "i" and the basic condition for the later high wine quality.

Today the fermentation and storage is in high-grade steel tanks of 280-3000L. All juice is stored and filled up in individual bundles.
